Per School Allocations (This Excel spreadsheet shows the per school allocation. This list is arranged by district and by BEDS Code. The following districts did not receive any funding since no school in these districts completed the 2006-2007 LMS Annual Survey: Bamberg 2, Clarendon 1, Florence 4, and Lee.)
Accountability Report (This report should be completed by the district library supervisor/coordinator or district finance officer to show how these funds affected the collection and the overall collection age. This report should be returned to Martha Alewine no later than August 1, 2008.)
