      This year's survey will open on May 1, 2008, and remain open through September 30, 2008. If you have completed a survey previously, then your access to this year's survey will be automatic. If you have never completed a survey, you must be a registered user on the South Carolina Department of Education's (SCDE) web page before you can request access to the LMS Annual Survey.
